What do I get with my highlight film?
Your highlight film is 3-5 minutes long and is the “highlight” of the full day from prep to party time! It’s the livelihood of the company and is more than a recap of the day; it’s the story of the couple and the love that they share. This is a creative film made to best tell your story through music that fits your vibe, audio from your most important moments and stunning visuals that include details, family, friends and of course – you!
What if I want a longer film?
Wanting to see more? No problem! We offer many popular add-ons that ensure you get the coverage you need! Want an extra 2 minutes on the highlight film? We got you. Need to re-live all those speeches? No problem! We believe that all of our couples deserve an experience tailored to them specifically. Therefore, our services reflect that.
Will you pose / direct us?
We will lightly pose you into some of our favourite “movement” shots – think twirls, dips and walking shots! For the most part, we love playing off the cues from your photographer for those intimate moments. While the posed shots are pretty, what drives your film will be the natural moments. The laughs, the little details that make up the day, the soft looks to one another – and everything in between. We want you to watch your film and see the day for how it was, in the most natural form possible.
Can we choose our song?
Unfortunately, no. Because of the price to license popular music (somewhere in the tens of thousands..), as well as copyright licensing, we do not allow our clients to choose music for the video. With that being said – we use a premium music licensing platform that features thousands of songs to set the tone for your film! The soundtrack that we use is the foundation of your film, and we don’t take it lightly.

Fun fact: In our industry, song selection is the first step to creating your film – and arguably one of the most difficult. Before putting together your footage, your songs are carefully considered over a 2-3 day process (sometimes longer) in order for us to capture each couple’s unique vibe.
How do you work with other vendors?
We love working alongside other talented vendors! We strongly believe that it’s not only important for you to have a great experience with us, but with everyone as well! We personally reach out to your photographer, DJ, venue and coordinator to introduce ourselves and see how we can help each other out. We work closely with your photographer to ensure a smooth day and constantly communicate on the day of. We don’t believe in “competing” with another vendor – we're all about collaborating and creating something beautiful together!
How do we book you?
Feel free to reach out to us with our form at the bottom of the page and be sure to share as many details as you can! Once it is confirmed that your date is available, and you want to work with us – we will get your contract set up. We do ask for a non-refundable $1000 retainer fee to lock in your day. Once signed and paid – we can call it official!
Will you get in the way during filming?
No way! We try our best to blend in and have a non-intrusive approach. We won’t set up tripods in the middle of the aisle, and we will work side by side with your photographer.
Do you offer drone footage?
We do offer drone footage! We always have the drone with us, and we do not charge for extra drone footage. With that being said, it depends on two things: weather and more importantly time. We can’t guarantee that we will be able to bring the drone out with weather constraints, and if the time is tight – we don’t want to miss any special moments.
How would you describe your style?
Our style is emotional, story-driven and timeless. We believe your story is more than a single emotion, and because of that we strive to make your films dynamic from start to finish. We enjoy focusing on the candid moments as well! If you are moved by words – we are the perfect fit for you. We love incorporating speeches, vows and letters in your film to build on your story.
Are you insured?
Of course! We believe that it’s important to be fully covered in the rare case that something goes wrong. Not only that, some venues (such as Caesars Windsor) will not allow wedding vendors to provide their services if they are not insured. We want to make sure that doesn’t happen, and it can be one less thing for you to stress about.
How long do we have you booked for on the day?
We believe that every moment of your wedding is important – so we got you covered! This means full day coverage. From the morning prep to party time; we use this to fuel your highlight film! Full day coverage allows around 10 hours of filming.
When do you start / finish? We like arriving to have at least 1.5 hours of prep time (not including travel time), and 1 hour after the party starts. We will work with your photographer’s timeline to ensure all coverage is met.
Can we make changes to our wedding video?
When you book with us, we ask that you also “book into” our style. If you love our videos, then you can expect to get something cinematic and story-driven that will capture your essence. When your wedding film is delivered to you, we want you to love it! That means that your film is a final product rather than a draft or “version 1”.
Can we meet you before the wedding?
Absolutely! We would love to meet all our couples before their big day, but if time doesn’t allow – we are happy to accommodate a phone or video call. We want to make sure you are fully confident in what we provide and are here to answer any questions! We also like to get to know you – which allows us to best tell your story and make sure you’re as comfortable as you can be when your big day is here!
Do you offer photography?
No – we only offer videography, but we know many photographers that we can recommend!
Can I purchase all of my footage?
Yes! We do offer something called “raw footage”. Raw footage is well... raw – meaning there is no editing done to the footage. If you are looking to relive everything regardless of quality, then raw footage might be a good option! Just be prepared to watch us adjusting our camera settings, shaky moments, and other blemishes that aren’t intended to be used in our high-quality films.
Do you travel?
Yes! We are more than willing to travel for your wedding day – please let us know the location in the form at the bottom of the page and we’ll chat!
